The Jibrille story arch just wasn't strong enough for me, so I've given it a revamp, and the character a new name, and a new look...
Shelke was one of the first experiments to go into Lighthalzen, but she would be one of the last to leave. Once she was a mighty Valkyrie, but she has no memories of that. What she does remember, are the dark, horrible days in the laboratory. Witnessing not only the alterations to herself, but the creation of such beings as Seyren00 and Thanatos00. She belived she was saved for a long time. Because thats what they'd made her to belive. That was how they had tailored her memories. Her hair was cut short, and for reasons she will never know, her breasts were removed. Perhaps they thought it would make her faster, more agile. She was convinced that when they surgically removed her wings, it was a good thing. That they were removing the physical embodiment of her sin. The sin of existing.
She never knew what things they injected into her, or what alterations they'd made in total. She just knew that her skin became ashen and scarred. And by the time that Glyph, the experiment in the cell next to hers, made his violent escape, she had become more than a little dissillusioned with the place and what she was doing there.
It was almost too late for her by that time however. Her will was broken, her spirit gravely injured. For almost two months after that fatefull day, Shelke simply stayed in her cell, waiting for someone to come and tell her what she would be doing next. It wasn't until a rampaging clone came by and damaged the door to her cell, leaving it ajar, that she finally vetured out of the laboratory for the first time. The light hurt her eyes, but she adjusted farily well. She decided then, that she would look for the man from the cell next to hers. The man who had unwittingly kept her from feeling lonely for that period of time by ranting outloud to himself in his cell.
She called him 'The man who likes the smell of gunpowder'.
Shelke is around 5'7, with short white hair (it was blonde, but the color has long since been drained, much like her skintone). Her skin is nearly grey, with a few pale scars streaked across it. She is flat chested, her breasts having been removed in the laboratory, but maintains a feminine figure from the waist down. Her eyes are pale grey, with white, demon-like pupils. Like Glyph, she has two verticle scars running down her shoulderblades. However, unlike his, her's were created when her wings were removed, rather than in the process of attempting to have them attached.
Shelke has a small, wispy voice that almost always sounds as though she's on the verge of tears, and she seems to have no self esteem or will of her own. Chances are if she came across one of the scientists again, she would do what they said without question for no other reason than that they told her to. Such is her current state of being.
Well, there we have it. I could probably write more but I can't think of anything right now. v.v|| Oh well.
