Eh.. no-one's ever done something that deserved a verbal apology that lasted longer than a few words.. "I'm sorry I ______.", y'know? I usually just say "S'alright, no worries." or something similar..
Well, that's not true either. But the people who should spend some time composing something of merit aren't ever gonna do it.
Regardless, I don't have any trouble forgiving little things, but if it were something major, I'd likely be very uncomfortable with it.
