Just some random fun :D

So it came that one day she opened the doors to his cage and entered, and had her (very forcefull) way with him. A few months later she discovered that she was with child, and that was when her troubles began, for by that time she had fallen very much in love with him and despite the danger could not bear to realease him from his cage. After Syphe was born, his mother made great efforts to hide his parentage from everyone around her, even though she would not cut off his wings for they reminded her of her 'songbird'. It was all in vain though, because another drow in her house discovered her secret, and wishing to userp her as leader, hired a top ranking assassin to have her, her child, and his father terminated. The assassin, a Fey'ri, broke in and acomplished her task with great ease..until she came to the child.
She took one look at him, now almost a toddler, and knew that she could not kill him. As the offspring of a succubus and a moon elf, the assassin Navarre Silouette knew what it was like to be born something that should never have existed. So she took the child with her and abandoned her assassins guild, becoming a fugitive from them. Disguising herself wasn't difficult, since she could shift her appearance to anything she wanted indefinitely (alter self at will), but Syphe was a bit trickier, because she had to stage the scene to make it look as though the boy had been killed with his parents. Then she wrapped him up to hide his wings and escaped to the surface world.
Being a toddler, he cried a lot at first when they reached their place of hiding, because the light of the sun was bright and painfull. It took nearly 8 months for Syphe's eyes to adjust to surface light. But they did, in no small part due to his father being an Avariel, and having lived on the surface before he was captured in a raide and made into a pet. It was good timing too, because it was around that time that a magical item that Navarre had commisioned was completed. It was a small enchanted ring made of mythrill, that only she or Syphe could remove once donned. The ring, was her best chance at disguising Syphe from anyone who might be after him. It was a ring of reverse gender, and when she put it on him it imeadiately turned him into a little girl instead of a little boy. This is how Syphe would spend the majority of his life, until he was old enough and Navarre felt that they would not longer be hunted. From that point on, he was allowed to wear or remove the ring as he chose, though by the time that was possible the magic and rubbed off quite a bit on it's host, so it was now difficult to tell his gender even when not wearing it.
Durring those years, Syphe was taught many things, how to fly, how to fight, and a few less conventional things that can only come from having a Half-succubus as a surrogate mother. The time came though when she felt the desperation of wanderlust setting in, and so when he was close to the age of maturity, Navarre asked him what he would like to do with his life, and he promptly responded that he wanted to serve the curch of Elistree as a cleric. That suited Navarre's needs as well as his, so she searched out the nearest church and told him to go there and begin his studies. And while she would leave for long periods of time after that, she still periodically shows up with her partner to check on him to this day.

I can see this game in my head so clearly that I can't belive it hasn't been realeased yet.
Character Creation
Character creation starts with choosing which region your character is going to start in. They can be from any of the 4 pokemon regions
(Kantou, Johto, Hoenn, or Sinnoh). The region you choose decides which three starting pokemon you will get to pick from.
For Kantou: Charmander, Squirtle, and Bulbasaur
For Johto: Cindaquil, Totodile, and Chikorita
For Hoenn: Torchic, Mudkip, and Treeko
For Sinnoh: Chimchar, Piplup, and Turtwig
After you've chosen your region, you'd be sent to the character creation center, where you would choose your gender.
Once you've chosen it, you'd be given a choice of many different hairstyles, including the ones from previous games, and a wide variety of colors as well. Eye shape and eye color would be next, and then clothing. When choosing your characters clothing, you would be able to choose from several styles and colors, many of them from previous games. You would also be able to mix and match different elements from these outfits, and change their colors to whatever suited your fancy. For clothing featuring patterns or trim, you would be able to select a main color and a sub color. Once all that was in order, you would type in your trainers name (spaces would be allowable as well as dashes, but not underscores or numbers.) and you would be ready to begin your pokemon adventure!
EDIT:Also amoung your character creation choices there should be a selection of skin tones to choose from, ranging from the very pale to the very dark. (I don't think odd colors like green or grey would be appropriate in this sort of game, but tan and chocolate and pale would be excellent.) There should be 4 character slots per account.
Here are some rough eye color ideas:

The Pokemon Online World
Upon finishing your character you would be uploaded into the starting town in the region you chose on the server you chose. (maybe each server would have channels too like on flyff? I dunno.) And your first quest would be to go to your regions pokemon professor and choose your starter pokemon and pokedex. Then there would be a quest to head to the next town and check out the pokemart, where they would give you your first few pokeballs.
Pokemon would be handled like most mmo monsters, they would be randomly dispersed in areas of tall grass (giving trainers a handy place to stop and rest and talk with or battle other trainers) Legendary pokemon would be available only through long and grueling quests, (or via trade), and each trainer would only be able to do each legendary quest once. Then there would be the special events, durring which the admins would log on and you would be able to quest for even more obscure pokemon such as Mew and Mewtwo. There would be minor quests for pokemon like Evee and Dratini, and the pokemon daycare where you could breed pokemon not just with your own, but with other trainers pokemon as well. (for this both trainers would have to be online and would have to agree to store their pokemon together, and the pokemon would then lay two eggs instead of one). There would be cash shop items that you could buy with real money (Probably Masterballs and Rare Candies), and at the Pokecenter, you could go upstairs to the Traders Cafe, where there would be several round stations with computers. Sitting at them would bring up a first-person screen where you could trade your pokemon and/or items with other trainers sitting at that station with you. And you would also be able to access your stored pokemon/items from this screen, so that you had easy access to whatever items/pokemon you wanted to trade. There would still be a PC system for you to store the pokemon not in your party in, but battles would be handled differently in that it would be a 3D game not a sprite game. a series of icons at the bottom of the screen would reprisent your pokemon and right clicking them would give you the option to switch them out and send another pokemon in their place.
Accessing other regions in Pokemon Online would be handled 3 different ways. The first way, meaning the way that would be used by most of the trainers in the game, would be the Ferry system. This would require money, and of course you would have to 'hop' from one Ferry to the next to get where you wanted to go. (I.E. Take the Ferry from Kantou to Johto, then the one from Johto to Hoenn, then the one from Hoenn to Sinnoh, and in reverse as well.)
The second most common mode of travel would be surfing on your pokemon. This requires a special item though (differing by which class you are. but more on that later). Once you have the item which allows you to surf outside of battle, you could more freely explore and travel between the regions. Surfing would also allow you to catch pokemon that can only be found on the water, and give you access to Islands and quests that you would not otherwise be able to access (since the Ferry doesn't make stops).
The third and probably most fun way to travel would be by flying on your pokemon. In this game flying would be more more involved than in previous games. You would control your pokemon as it moves through the air (with you visibly on it's back, or in the case of Mew, alongside it in a psychic bubble) You would be able to land the pokemon in any viable location, not just in towns. (viable meaning it's a place you could stand, not like..on the side of a mountain or something.) Flying with your pokemon would open up even more of the world, allowing you to access places that beginning trainers and surfing trainers don't have access to.
Also, in the 'party' menu, you would be able to toggle it so that whichever pokemon is in the first slot would appear behind you and follow you wherever you go. (There would be some restrictions on this, for instance it would automatically toggle off when surfing or flying, and pokemon like Wailmer and Goldeen would not be allowed since they could not move about on land [despite what the previous games would have us belive]).
Classes, Gym Leaders, and Battles
There would be only three classes available to trainers, each with their own sets of quests and criteria for accessing HMs outside of battle.
The first, and most obvious, is the Battle Trainer. This is the standard pokemon Trainer who collects pokemon and goes to Gyms to challenge Gym leaders in hopes of a shot at the Pokemon World Championship Quest.
The second class is the the Contest Coordinator. In this class, aside from battling wild pokemon to gain levels, the trainer would groom their pokemon to be entered in contests held in the various cities of their region, and aspire to their own Championship Quest. Instead of Gym badges, Contest Coordinators ear ribbons that allow them to access HMs outside of battle.
The third and final class is the Pokemon Ranger. The Pokemon Ranger goes on quests to rescue pokemon, they don't have a Championship to aspire to, instead moving up through the ranks of the Rangers as they complete quests and help foil plans from the likes of Team Rocket, Teams Aqua/Magma, and others. Each rank marker they earn corrosponds with an HM which they will then be able to use outside of battle.
Each region has it's own set of Gym Leaders, Contest Halls, and a branch of the Pokemon Rangers Assosiation (the PRA). People registered in a particular region must complete that regions Gyms/Contest Halls/Ranger Quests, before they will be allowed to register in a new region. Furthermore, they must also finish the Elite Four/Grand Festival/Final Quest of that region before moving on to the quests in the next region. If a trainer completes all League Challenges in all regions, reaching championship status in all of them, then an even higher quest will be opened up and they will be given access to high level areas like the Battle Frontier.
In regular gameplay, Trainers will be able to right click on other trainers and their pokemon (if their pokemon are toggled to follow), with options for friending, team invites, pokedex registry for following pokemon, and a challenge option (for those who like the PVP scene). Also with following pokemon you will be able to see how many gym battles/contests they've participated in and how many of them they've won and lost and in the case of contest pokemon how many ribbons they've acumulated.
The main menu/chat function would be the third quest undertaken, durring which you would go to a devon corp. reprisentative to recieve the Pokenav. The Pokenav is where you would find your map, options, login/out, and team/club/friend & rivals management. It would also be where you would be able to view your own trainer card.
Under it would be your trainer bag, where you would access your items, hms/tms, berries, special items (bike, rod, ect), and wardrobe. (where you could change your trainer costume if you've purchased clothes in game or through the website).
Another right click feature would be the ability to veiw another trainers trainer card.
Friending another trainer would be called 'registering them in the pokenav'. (I.E. "Registered Redd in the Pokenav!")
League Championships
It's just a concept, but I belive it would be fitting for the 'Championship' battle after the Elite Four should be one of the characters from the games. (I.E. Ash for Kantou, Brendan for Hoenn [since May is a coordinator], ect)
However, Champions from past games would still be challengable through quests, and possibly with other quests afterward (I.E. Defeat Steven and then you will be able to access him and quest for a Beldum).
Teams and Clubs
Teams would be a group of two or more trainers, with the team creator as the leader. The Team Leader can delegate that title to another member if he/she chooses. Working in a team would have benefits such as increased xp for your pokemon, and the option 'team challenge' would appear in the right-click menu for other players in teams. Trainers in teams would have differently colored names.
Clubs are basically what most mmo's consider 'guilds'. They also consist of 2 or more players (generally), and if they have access to the TM Secret Power, can choose from a wide variety of locations on many different servers to establish their 'Clubhouse', which could then be decorated via the Clubs personal PC, where you would also be able to store items, tms (not HMs), berries, and clothing, (but not pokemon) to be shared with all club members. Trainers belonging to a club would have a club 'tag', (an icon next to their name reprisenting the club), and the clubs name situated beneath the trainers name.
Other Transportaion
The first mode of transportation is the Bike, standard mach and acro bikes are given out for free, but better bikes would have to be purchased.
The second mode of transportation would require a new TM. The TM "Ride Along", would allow a trainer to ride on a pokemon providing it was compatible with the TM. (It would also have some sort of battle/contest effect, but I haven't yet figured out what that might be.)
Other modes of transporation would include a lift (to get up to the top of Mt. Chimney in the Hoenn region).
Pokemon would be able to have a max level of 100, just as in the handheld games, and you would be allowed up to six pokemon in your party, as is the norm for the series. Shining pokemon would appear more requently, but would also be stronger and harder to capture. What would normally be termed a 'giant' in other mmos. Each region would have a name rater where you could rename your pokemon, as long as they were not obtained through a trade. Shining Quest Pokemon would be much harder to obtain, having the chance ratio rather than appearing at regular intervals.
The first expansion pack would include the Orange Archepelgo.
