About Yaoi

I used to be fine with it. I didn't mind it at all. And I still don't, when it's meant to be like that.
But..the more it's shoved in my face, down my throat, on lj, on deviantart, on gaia...it makes me angry.
I don't go looking for Gay characters and pairing them with women. So why should it be okay for other people
to force their idea of sexuality onto straight men. It's disgustingly disrespectful both to the characters and
to the people who created them. I want to slap them for their arrogance and shallow imaturity.
It just...frusterates me. Because I know the kind of fit the Yaoi community would throw,
if people started pairing homoesexual men with women, and saying 'well in my mind they'll always be straight'.
All those stupid little 15 year old girls who think they know so much about something they have never and will never
be a part of would throw a big stupid uproar, probably with stupid Yaoi pride lj icons and crap like that.
Such hypocricy....such blatant shallow imature behavoir.

It's amazing how a group of people can ruin a thing so completely.
